Elise originally began practicing yoga to aid in her recovery from a serious car accident in 2008; suffering injuries in her back, shoulders and knees. It made such a difference in her life that she decided to become a yoga teacher and fitness instructor. A few years ago, while looking for a fun ways to stay in shape, she tried aerial acrobatics and fell madly in love with its blend of fitness and art. Elise is proud to be a part of the circus community. She loves helping people learn, develop, and improve.

Training Philosophy: Aerial acrobatics is an excellent way to build upper body strength, increase flexibility and improve stamina.
Certifications: Group fitness certification, CPT and Yoga Certification
