Kinesis Training is personal or group training performed on our Kinesis stations. Exercise movements found in a wide variety of sports, core training, Pilates, and yoga are combined into sessions that simultaneously provide both cardiovascular and strength training conditioning. K Training™ Group is unique in that participants at all fitness levels take part in the class simultaneously without fear of performance.
Appropriate progressions in intensity, complexity and movement are offered to accommodate specific client skills and conditioning levels for each participant. These compound exercises are combined into one minute intervals that simultaneously provide both cardiovascular and strength training conditioning followed by a recovery period.
