Lila Pearsall

Lila discovered yoga in 1999 and has been practicing ever since. She found it as a way to combat depression and anxiety. Her study of various forms of yoga and meditation throughout the years allows her to use methods from several traditions in her classes. While her approach is simple, classes are always dynamic, incorporating mindfulness, balance, strength, humor, and a little rock and roll. Her intention is to create a space for students to explore their physical capabilities and mental boundaries.
