Michael’s passion for health and fitness, coupled with his baseball background, led him to be a certified personal trainer over 10 years ago. His goals as a trainer and group fitness instructor are to provide a fun and active workout environment where you can maximize your potential in and out of the gym and get a little sweat in. In addition to being an avid personal trainer, Michael has adopted a holistic view of wellness, which incorporates diet and the spiritual aspects of meditation and self healing.

Training Philosophy: Very functional and circuit style training.. and of course FUN, as working out and life should be!
